Please Note: Our Candles are made to order, so please allow 10-14 business days for delivery within Australia.

If you wish to purchase any product made available through this website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase.
Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order through this website.
Alternatively, please contact us to discuss if an opportunity exists to inspect and purchase the product in person.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST. All prices are subject to change.
Stock Availability
If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account.
Shipping
Most orders will ship out as soon as full stock is available and the order is picked and packed. Reasonable effort is made to ensure this happens within 10-14 business days of placing your order. Your order will be shipped and arrive to you according to the shipping option selected when ordering. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage providers.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Generally we do not exchange / replace or give refunds if there are no major problems with a product. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.
We will consider an exchange or refund your purchase, upon your written request, providing a receipt or proof of purchase (within 30 days of purchase) and detailing defects or damages. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once you received a written confirmation from us to return your product, you should mail your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return of the item and any items returned are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our nominated address.
